Crunchy puffed Rice Ladoo Recipe

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR RICE LADOO

3 Cups = puffed rice ( any kind of rice whats you used to eat )
1 Cups = jaggery
Little bit water
1/2 Tablespoon = cardamom powder ( it’s optional
1 Tablespoon vanilla essence ( it’s optional )

METHOD OF MAKING CRUNCHY PUFFED RICE LADOO RECIPE

  1. Start heating a heavy bottom pan and dissolve the jaggery with a little bit water.
  2. Keep mixing till it becomes 1 string consistency. After mixing turn off the flame.
  3. If mixture is ready then add it in another bowl with a little bit water, and make it thick.
  4. Mix the jaggery syrup with the puffed rice, and use long spoon while mixing.
  5. Take a small part or it, then give them a sape of like a ladoo. And let them dry for some time.
