INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR ROSE COOKIE RECIPE

1/4 Cup = Maida for all purpose
1 Cup = Rice powder
1/2 Cup = Sugar
1/2 Cup = Coconut milk
1 Egg
Salt according to your taste
Oil for frying

INDIAN STYLE ROSE COOKIE RECIPE

METHOD OF MAKING ROSE COOKIE RECIPE

1. Take a mixing bowl and add a 1/4 Cup = Maida for all purpose, 1 Cup = Rice powder, egg, 1/2 Cup = Sugar and salt. And mix well.

2. Also add salt and coconut milk and mix again.

3. The paste look like a dosa Butter, and make sure it should not be too thick or not too thin.

4. Now take a immersed iron, and start heating oil in a kadai. And leave the iron mould inside the oil for a while.

5. Once the iron mould has become hot, remove it and dip it into that mixture carefully.

6. More then 90% mould cover from that paste, and easily come off from paste.

7. Gently hold the mould inside the hot oil. You will see the oil bubbling.

8. After few seconds, shake the mould handle gently to release the paste into the oil.

9. Now keep frying it on a medium flame till the bubbling off the oil side. Fry until cookie trun into crispy and light brown in color from both side.

Now your rose cookie is ready to serve.

 

Tips:-

  1. If you want to make it egg less, then ignore egg add little extra coconut milk while making the batter.
  2. Serve rose cookie with Vanilla Butter Cream
