MAGGI STUFFED PARATHA RECIPE WITH TOMATO SAUCE

 

Kids never say no to eat maggi stuffed paratha in the morning. They like to eat maggi paratha more then anything.

Here is the recipe of maggi stuffed paratha recipe with tomato sauce step by step for all kids.

Cooking time 30 minutes.
Preparation time 10 minutes.

 

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAGGI STUFFED PARATHA RECIPE WITH TOMATO SAUCE

1 packet of maggi
A pinch of Jeera
1 1/2 Tablespoon Of Red Chilli Powder
Green chilli ( chopped )
Maggi masala
A pinch of turmeric
Salt according to your taste
1 tomato ( chopped )
1 onion ( chopped )
1 carrot ( chopped )
All purpose of flour
Oil for frying

 

METHOD OF MAKING MAGGI STUFFED PARATHA RECIPE WITH TOMATO SAUCE

 

FOR MAGGI

  1. At the first start heating oil in a pan on low flame.
  2. Add Jeera once it convert into brown then add onion and start frying for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add tomato, carrot, green chilli and keep frying until soften.
  4. Now add 2 galas of water and red chilli powder, maggi masala, turmeric, and salt into it.
  5. Add maggi and leave aside until soften. ( Make sure keep frying until water disappear )

MAGGI STUFFED PARATHA RECIPE WITH TOMATO SAUCE

 

FOR MAGGI PARATHA

1. Take a flour in a mixing bowl and add a cup of water.

2. Make a dough with their hands, and start heating tawa on a flame.

3. Take a small part of that dough and make a roll, like a shape of a roti.

4. Now fill paratha with maggi covered completely, again give a shape of roti.

5. Start frying paratha with little bit oil, frying until it turn into brown of both side.

Your maggi paratha is ready to serve with curd and tomato sauce.
