Maxican Brown Sugar Mayonnaise Egg Cake Recipe

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MAYONNAISE EGG CAKE RECIPE

2 Cups = self raising flour
1/2 Teaspoon = bicarb soda
1/2 Teaspoon = salt
1 Cup = brown sugar ( packed )
1/4 Cup = white sugar
1 Cup = milk
1 Cup = real egg mayonnaise
2 Teaspoon = vanilla

METHOD OR MAKING MAXICAN BROWN SUGAR MAYONNAISE EGG CAKE RECIPE

1. At the first start/ preheat oven to 180° (350 f.) Line at 9 × 13 in, baking dish with baking paper.

2. Collect all the ingredients in a big mixing bowl and mix it with electric mixer. Must beat until well combined.

3. Now pour this mixture into baking dish and cook it for 40-45 minutes. Until it converts in golden colour on the top of it and a skewer comes out clean.

4. Not leave this cake on a wire rack to cool for 10 minutes then remove cake to wire rack to cool completely.

5. Your mayonnaise egg cake recipe is ready to serve fresh with a glass of cold drink.

ICING OF MAXICAN BROWN SUGAR MAYONNAISE EGG CAKE RECIPE

3 Cups icing sugar.
2 slightly heaped tablespoons soft.
Butter.
Milk.

HOW TO DECORATE AND SERVE.

1. Cover the upper and out side of cake with vanilla cream.

2. You can put some Chocolate and strawberries for more taste.

3. Serve with a glass of cold drinks.
