This is the only milk butter barfi that love everyone. It’s look good and taste good, mostly women like to eat it, kids also. This is the barfi we make only spacial occasion. But any day we can make it spacial by make milk butter barfi at our home.

MILK BUTTER BARFI RECIPE BY INDIAN RECIPE

 

Serving = 20 Barfi

Cooking time = 15 minutes

Prepation time = 15 minutes

Total time = 30 minutes

 

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR MILK BUTTER BARFI RECIPE BY INDIAN RECIPE

 

400 Grams = tin condensed milk
450 Grams = brown sugar
150 ML = milk
115 Grams = butter

METHOD OF MAKING MILK BUTTER BARFI RECIPE BY INDIAN RECIPE

 

  1. Start heating milk, condensed milk, Butter, and sugar together over a low heat flame. ( Heat in a non-stick saucepan for 10-15 minutes only )
  2. Keep scraping the bottom of that pan, until the mixture forms a soft ball. When dropped into a glass of cold water.
  3. Once that mixture reaches this stage, then remove it from heat.
  4. Now start beating it for 10 minutes, until it convert thick and grainy.
  5. Pour it into the baking tin and leave it to cool completely.
  6. When the butter barfi is cooled completely. Then cut it into small squares or break in apart with your hands.

TIPS:-

  1. You can give any shape whatever you want to the butter barfi.
  2. You can add dry fruits, and cherry in your milk butter barfi.
  3. You can eat it with a cup of tea, coffee, or a hot chocolate mug.
  4. You can store it for 4,5 days in a plastic box.
