INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR PUNJABI AMRITSARI LASSI RECIPE :-

 

Fresh curd = 200 ML
Sugar syrup = 60 ML
Rose water = 3-4 Drops
Malai = Fresh cream ( Doodh ki malai ki cream )
Ice = 50 GM ( crushed )
Cardamom powder = A pinch
Pistachios and almond = 2 GM

METHOD OF MAKING PUNJABI AMRITSARI LASSI

 

1. At the first take a jug and start beating the fresh curd in it along with sugar and few drops of rose water.

(Use a hand mixer if you wish in short gaps else you will draw butter out of the curd.)

2. Now add a little bit of malai ( Doodh ki malai ki cream ) and the ice and beat again.

3. Pour the mixture in a big punjabi glass.

4. Now you can place a strip of thick malai ( Doodh ki malai ki cream ) on the top of it. And garnish with dry fruits.

Serve fresh and chilled 😍
