INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 Cups = rice ( for idli )
3/4 Cups = urad dal
1 Tablespoon = methi seeds
1 Cup = poha
Cookies soda
1 Cup = carrot grated
1 Cup = dill leaves ( fully chopped )
Salt
Oil

METHOD OR MAKING RICE IDLI SAMBAR RECIPE INDIAN SOUTH FOOD

Step 1.
Soak idli rice and urad dal in different bowl of water for 6-7 hours.

Step 2.
Now grind urad dal and methi seeds and keep it aside.

Step 3.
Also grind rice for idli and poha. Surely add 1/2 cup water while grinding rice.

Step 4.
Mix and fermented for 8 to 9 hours. After it, add salt and some cooking soda.

Step 5.
Now also add carrot to 2 of idli, butter and dill leaves also for make idli batter separately.

Step 6.
Take a idli plate with a little bit oil, and pour the rice idli mixture into the plate.

Step 7.
Start streaming it for 15-20 minute only on a media flame.
