SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE RECIPE BY INDIAN RECIPE

 

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

 

3 Cups = sugar
1 Cup = butter
6 Eggs ( separated )
2 Teaspoon = vanilla
1 Tablespoon = fresh lemon juice
1 Cup = sour cream
3 Cups = all purpose of flour ( sift before measuring )
1/4 Teaspoon = baking soda
1/4 Teaspoon = salt

 

METHOD OF MAKING SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE RECIPE BY INDIAN RECIPE

1. Add cream, sugar and butter together. And also add Eggs yolks at the same time.

2. Make sure you have to beat well after each addition.

3. Now take a lemon juice and sour cream blend in Vanilla, into a mixing bowl.

4. Sift all purpose of flour, salt and soda. Add sifted dry ingredients to batter and make sure beat well.

5. Take a another mixing bowl, beat the egg whites in it until stiff peak from.

6. Now fold egg whites into the cake batter, and pour into a greased and floured tube or bundt pan.

7. Start baking it at 300┬░ for about 80-90 minutes until it turn into brown in color.

8. Now remove it from pan and let it cool.

9. You can decorate it with Butter cream, dry fruits, cheery, berries, and tomato sauce as well before serving.
